5.3 All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the x33 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 x33 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. Typical processing times for Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals are 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
5.5 x33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, security checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
5.6 Deposits made by you are held in segregated player funds and are not used for operational purposes by x33.
6.1 x33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to members. All such offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual promotion.
6.2 Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are specified in each offer's terms.
6.3 x33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing prior to the change.
6.4 Members who are found to be misusing bonuses — including through the use of systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, creation of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have their accounts suspended.
6.5 Cash deposits credited to your account as Real Money Funds are always used before Bonus Funds in any wagering transaction.
7.1 Specific rules governing each gaming product on x33 — including but not limited to sportsbook betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game mechanics, and jackpot terms — are available within the respective game or product sections of the Platform. These specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.4 x33 reserves the right to void any bet or game session where a technical error has materially affected the outcome, or where a bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error.
8.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the x33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where x33 reasonably suspects a breach of Section 8.1, x33 may immediately suspend the relevant account(s), withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account(s) if the breach is confirmed. Any balance remaining in a fraudulently obtained account shall be forfeited.
9.1 All content on the x33 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, trademarks, and the x33 brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of x33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of x33.
10.1 x33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at x33.lat/privacy-policy. By registering with x33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 x33 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification providers) to the extent necessary to fulfil its legal and licensing obligations.

11.1 The x33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x33's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 x33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 x33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable members to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all members from their Account settings:

13.1 x33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, where:

13.3 A member may close their x33 account at any time by contacting x33 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
